1. Curry Mango

Growing up in Guyana 🇬🇾, one of my favorite school snacks was curry mangoes. It’s sour, it’s sweetly mixed in with all those spices as well as heat from the peppers. It’s a simple, healthy vegetarian dish than anyone would love.

Cut up the mango and remove the inner lining that holds the seed and the seed itself.

Add spices in Bowl

Mix the curry, cumin, black pepper, and water together.

In a pan add oil, when oil is hot add the curry mixture.

Keep stirring until all water is evaporated from the mixture.

Add the garlic and peppers in to the pan.
